We are hiring for Telecalling with Sales at our Jaipur office.
You will work on inbound and assigned leads: update enquiry data in our system, organise follow-ups, and manage your call list day to day. Your main work is client calls — explain plots, payment plans, and location benefits in clear Hindi — and client visits — schedule and confirm site visits with buyers and support senior sales staff on the ground when needed.
You will coordinate with the field team so no lead is missed, keep notes after each call, and help turn enquiries into confirmed site visits. Training on our listings and corridors (Ajmer Road, Vaishali Nagar, NH48) is provided.
Ideal if you are comfortable on the phone, organised with data and follow-ups, and want to grow into full sales.
Requirements
Fluent Hindi; workable English for notes and CRM updates
Comfortable making 40+ outbound and inbound calls per day and using WhatsApp for follow-up
Can organise lead data, schedule visits, and work with a small sales team
Prior telecalling, customer service, or real estate calling is a plus
Jaipur-based; work from our Ajmer Road office
